The fertility between ewes inseminated with undiluted semen and diluted semen was compared in Karakul ewes. The diluent used for dilution of semen consist of sodiumcitrate dihydrate (2.9%) and glucose (0.18%) in distilled water. The difference in fertility, measured as non return of estrous, was not significant.
