Rooting cofactors and inhibitors in cuttings of Sultanina and Dogridge grape cúltivars were estimated using the mungbean bioassay at 5 sampling times. Sultanina showed 3 promotion patterns located at Rf 0.6-0.73; 0.86-0.93 and 1 in every cutting-sampling-time. Dogridge, however, did not show promotion patterns during the last two coIlecting times. Inhibitors were found in cutting extracts of the two cultivars at the Rf 0.13-0.27; 0.33-0.47 and 0.53-0.8. Leaves of both cultivars presented the same promoters and inhibitors as shoots.
